Charge?
At CleanR, we pride ourselves on providing a personalized cleaning experience that aligns with your specific needs.
Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible while maintaining transparency, ensuring that you receive the best value for the exceptional services we offer.

Charge?
At CleanR, we pride ourselves on providing a personalized cleaning experience that aligns with your specific needs.
Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible while maintaining transparency, ensuring that you receive the best value for the exceptional services we offer.
We understand that every home and facility is unique, which is why our hourly rates vary based on the type of cleaning required.
To ensure you receive a rate that reflects your specific needs, we discuss pricing privately and individually with each client after thoroughly assessing their space.
- Labor Hour Calculation: One cleaner for one hour equals one labor hour. Two cleaners for one hour equals two labor hours, and so on.
- 60-Minute Increments: We charge in 60-minute increments. For example, if the service takes 3 hours and 15 minutes, you’ll be charged for 4 hours. These charges apply per technician per labor hour.
- Minimum Charge: We have a 3-labor-hour minimum charge for any service, excluding add-on services. Even the smallest spaces we clean are subject to this minimum, ensuring that our commitment to quality is upheld.
If you request a specific amount of cleaning time, we do not guarantee whole-home cleaning within that timeframe.
For these types of cleaning services, we require a detailed list of priorities to be emailed to us in advance.
Our technicians will do their best to accomplish as much as possible without compromising quality.
We will provide clear communication about what was completed within the requested time frame, based on the completed checklists.
For our maintenance cleaning services and specialty cleaning services, we charge a flat rate, typically per room or by square foot.
This flat rate is based on an agreed-upon and signed service agreement. Add-on services, such as one-time oven or window cleaning, are billed separately.
Empty home cleanings, like vacant Move-in and Move-out Cleans, are usually estimated by square footage. However, some homes may require extra time or services, in which case additional hourly charges may apply.
For our subscription services, we offer a prorated rate over 12 months, billed monthly on the 1st or 15th, depending on when your services begin.
We reserve the right to adjust our rates and policies for any of our cleaning services at any time. Our rates are non-negotiable, ensuring that all clients and customers receive fair and consistent pricing
